WHICHWAY BOOKS

 My very first books,commissioned directly by the late Sebastian Walker,( although I got a strong impression my style was not his sort of thing). David Bennett was Art Director then, working at the same time on the “Where’s Wally” books, which preoccupation led him in a Full Moon direction when he started David Bennett Books. ”Jungle of Peril” was first, then “Planet”, followed by “Castle” and finally “Fairground” after four of these I was ready to stop gamebooks, although they have done really well for me over the years. In fact “Planet” led directly to work on my sole computer game adventure “Drowned God”. That, thank God, is another story, full of      Aliens, Atlantis, Stonehenge, Edgar Cayce, and Points North, followed directly by several weeks in a darkened room.
